What is Modhèla Densify?
Densify is an advanced range of injectable hyaluronic acid treatments developed for skin regeneration rather than traditional facial filling.
While many conventional skin boosters focus primarily on hydration, Total Densify combines different concentrations and molecular weights of hyaluronic acid to influence the skin at different depths.
Different molecular weights have different biological roles. The manufacturer describes high molecular weight HA as primarily supporting hydration and antioxidant activity, medium molecular weights as stimulating fibroblast and basal-cell activity, and low molecular weight HA as supporting processes associated with neoangiogenesis and collagen production.
This allows us to move beyond simply making the skin look more hydrated.
We can begin to address the quality, density and underlying support of the skin itself.

What Happens During Treatment?
Your appointment begins with a detailed consultation and facial or skin assessment.
We consider your skin quality, hydration, elasticity, facial structure, volume distribution and the changes that have occurred with age or weight loss before deciding which Densify formulation, or combination of formulations is appropriate.
The product is then strategically injected at the tissue depth required to achieve the treatment objective.
Different injection techniques may be used depending upon the area and formulation selected.
Treatment is designed around your anatomy rather than a one-size-fits-all injection pattern.
How Many Treatments Will I Need?
This depends upon your age, skin quality and the degree of regeneration required.
Some patients may benefit from a single treatment with maintenance, while more established ageing or significant photodamage may require a course.
The manufacturer's Total Densify protocol suggests different schedules according to age and skin condition, ranging from annual treatment in younger patients to a more intensive initial course for patients over 45 or with significant photoageing.
Your practitioner will assess your skin and recommend the most appropriate programme rather than automatically prescribing a set number of treatments.

More Than a Skin Booster
Traditional skin boosters are excellent treatments for hydration and luminosity.
Densify takes the concept further.
The range has been developed to work across different tissue depths, allowing treatment to target everything from superficial hydration and skin quality through to deeper biostimulation and structural support.
Depending on your skin and treatment goals, your practitioner may recommend Densify I, Densify II, Densify III or a combination of all three.
The complete Total Densify approach is particularly exciting because each product performs a different role.
Densify I — Hydrate
Premium skin boosting for hydration, luminosity and skin quality.
Densify I contains non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid at 16mg/ml across five different molecular weights.
It works predominantly within the more superficial layers of the skin, making it ideal for improving:

The result isn't facial volume.

Densify II — Regenerate
Advanced skin biostimulation for firmness, elasticity and dermal regeneration.
Densify II takes treatment deeper.
It contains 25mg/ml hyaluronic acid, including high molecular weight lightly cross-linked HA alongside free HA. Manufacturer in-vitro testing demonstrated increased fibroblast proliferation, supporting its positioning as a regenerative rather than purely hydrating injectable.
Fibroblasts are the cells responsible for producing many of the components that give youthful skin its structure, including collagen and elastin.
Densify II is therefore particularly suited to skin beginning to demonstrate:

Densify III — Rebuild
Our most advanced Densify biostimulator for deeper tissue regeneration and structural support. Densify III represents the most regenerative end of the Total Densify range.
It contains 64mg of non-cross-linked free hyaluronic acid in 2ml, using three molecular weights. Its rheological properties are specifically designed for deep tissue integration and cellular stimulation.
When placed within the deeper tissues, Densify III is designed to support the extracellular matrix and stimulate biological pathways associated with new collagen and elastin formation.
This makes it particularly interesting for patients experiencing age-related facial deflation, skin laxity or changes in facial volume who want rejuvenation without simply adding more dermal filler.
The aim is not to create an artificial or “filled” appearance.
It is to help the tissues look firmer, healthier, denser and better supported.
